While up cutting firewood in a cold and wet mess I came to the conclusion it sucks

It will blow warm air when in the defrost mode and when on the floor mode, but if you switch to dash vents it will blow COLD air WTH? I was told Sami heaters were great

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

the dash vent is not heat only the floor and windshield. I think that it is stupid as hell you cant get heat out the dash but thats the way it is.

why not cut into the heat ducting and add some flex pipe and plumb it into vents as well?

That still won't make heat come out of the dash vents. If you look on the heater controls, the little picture of the dash vents has a blue arrow. The defrost and the floor arrow are white, and heat comes out of them.

understood, if I can get enough air out of the floor or defrost I wouldnt need heat out of the dash vents to warm my hands Very Happy Since I have had this the heater has sucked enough to where I dont drive in the winter.

You also have a hard top. That probably helps keep the heat in alot more than a soft top. You got that thing lifted yet? ofsami

We did have the windows down, though.

Just waiting for Ben to have the time for the lift.

Gees, that looked like a birds nest in there. Everything but feathers. Don't they screen the intake on those heaters Question
